Harris & Harris’ Quantum Leap

February 15th, 2007

Yesterday, I wrote a lengthy article about D-Wave’s recent demonstration of a quantum computer. As you might know, Harris & Harris is an investor in D-Wave and, as such, Harris & Harris represents the only way for an individual investor to buy a stake in this exciting — albeit very risky — start-up. You can read the full article here. It is called “Harris & Harris’ Quantum Leap.”

For a lighter look at why I remain bullish on the company, I encourage you to read why “I Love Harris & Harris.”

Full disclosure: I own stock in Harris & Harris.

Headwaters & Ford

February 9th, 2007

Here are links to my two latest nanotech articles. The most recent is I Love Headwaters and explains why I remain bullish on the company. I also had this article, entitled Ford’s Small LEAP, published. It discusses some of Ford’s recent involvement with nanotechnology. I am not advocating an investment in Ford, but the company’s research into nanotech bears watching.

Full Dclosure: I own stock in Headwaters.

Nanotech, Diamonds & HP

January 17th, 2007

Here are my latest two nanotech-related articles. The first, entitled, Nanotech is a Girl’s Best Friend, discusses the “disruption” nanotech companies such as Apollo Diamond and Gemesis will pose to the diamond industry.

The second, entitled, HP Supersize its Chips, talks about HP’s startling relevation that it might be able to fit as 8 times as many transistors on an existing chip — amazing stuff.
